SsangYong Rexton R-Line

The SsangYong Rexton R-Line is a special edition of the Korean SUV that will be sold in the United Kingdom. It has several cosmetic changes that give it a much more sporty and aggressive.

It is played with the contrast of black (even the moons dimmed) with aluminum and chrome. A good example of this are the tires of 22 inches Kahn Design, surpassed only by exaggeration in the four exhaust tails that seem designed to launch tennis balls.
The interior seats are leather and Alcantara, in black with red stitching. The only options in this release are the rear wing and a browser with Kenwood touch screen.
Its engine is a 2.7 five-cylinder, 186 hp power, with T-Tronic automatic change of Mercedes origin and cams on the steering wheel. It takes traction to all four wheels permanently.

2010 Aston Martin Rapide

Images of the production-ready Aston Martin Rapide have surfaced and it is as stunning as everyone had hoped it would be. The Rapide is expected to use a tuned version of Aston’s 500 hp 6.0 liter V12 which should take the car to a top speed of over 180 mph.

If the boys from Stuttgart are reading this, take notes because this is a defining example of how to design a four-door supercar.

Aston Martin DBS Volante

Aston Martin have released the convertible version of their DBS supercar named the Aston Martin DBS Volante. The DBS Volante is based heavily on the DBS and contains the same six liter V12 engine as the DBS which gives it a top speed of three hundred and seven kilometers an hour.

The car uses the new Bang & Olufsen BeoSound DBS infotainment system which features 13 speakers placed around the vehicle to provide optimum sound even with the ultra light top down.

Range Rover Westminster Limited Edition and the Freelander 2

Land Rover revealed the new Range Rover ‘Westminster’ Limited Edition together with the 2010 model year Freelander 2 at the Geneva Motor Show, starting today.The Range Rover TDV8 limited edition will see just 300 examples made, entering UK Land Rover dealerships from March. Upgrades for the ‘Westminster’ limited edition model include 20-inch Diamond Turned wheels, an exterior design package, ‘Westminster’ tailgate branding and stainless steel accents to foot pedals.

Available in either Santorini Black or Stornoway Grey and with Ivory/Jet or Jet/Jet interior styling, it’s ultimately the exclusive Marina Black limited edition paint job for the serious punters. ‘Westminster’-badged examples start from £62,995 or, in Marina Black, from £63,995.

Ferrari 599 HGTE

Ferrari revealed 2 luxury cars at Geneva Motor Show, one of them is human and is called the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano HGTE divine and the other is called Ferrari 599XX. A model designed for the circuit but did not participate in any official competition, and therefore does not have the limitations that this would involve.The Ferrari 599 HGTE is based on the 599 but features an improved handling package which has stiffer springs, a rear anti-roll bar, a re-calibrated shock absorbers and a lower ride height which makes it better on the track. The exterior features minor changes to the front and special twenty inch split rims and a new chrome tipped exhaust system. The interior features two tone alcantara and leather seats and a complete carbon fiber trim.

Maserati Quattroporte Centurion Edition

The Maserati Quattroporte Centurion Edition features a specially designed black and white two tone interior with the American Express Centurion embossed into the headrests and a titanium trim. The exterior features a carbon black paint job and twenty inch ball polished rims. The Maserati Quattroporte Centurion Edition is available as a standard Quattroporte or as a Quattroporte S and both are exclusively available to Centurion cardholders and each features a special plaque.

Dacia Duster pictures unveiled

Dacia has released the first official images and details of the Dacia Duster production version which keeps most of the styling cues featured by the concept. The Dacia Duster production version will be premiered at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show and will hit the market later next year. In terms of design, the Duster has taken many elements of the concept with the same name, introduced a month ago in Geneva.

These can include the shape of the front, grid, line windows and front wings. Stylistic differences begin to emerge when the notice shields located at the bottom of the bars and protection thresholds and safety margins of the wings or plastic mirrors and door handles, taken directly from the Logan range.

Chevrolet Volt Unveiled at GM Centennial Event

GM commemorated its next 100 years today by unveiling the production version of the Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid and has released partial details.
The Chevrolet Volt is powered by an electric drive unit that delivers the equivalent of 150 hp and 273 lb-ft. (370 Nm) of instant torque. Providing power to the electric drive unit is a 16-kWh lithium-ion battery. When the battery’s energy is depleted, a gasoline/E85-powered engine generator supplies electricity to power the Volt’s electric drive unit while simultaneously charging the lithium-ion battery. This cycle of operation extends the range of the Volt for several hundred additional miles, until the vehicle’s battery can be charged. The Volt has a top speed of 100 miles per hour.

Brabus Tesla Roadster

Incredible to say, but was the first compilation of the Tesla Roadster, the spider who wants to marry ecological benefits and environmental protection. A cure has been one of the most successful tuning of the world, Brabus.

Covini C6W, a six-wheeled car to production in 2009

The Covini C6W is a kind of monstrosity that was introduced as a prototype at the Geneva Motor Show in 2004. It has some similarities with a Koenigsegg or even a Corvette (even the name), but this is a handmade model made by the Italian Ferruccio Covini.
This man takes no less than 30 years with the idea in his head, but until 2004 could not make the prototype, and it is now possible to draw some units to production. It seems crazy to think that someone will buy it, but according to the Dutch version of Autoweek those are their plans.
The Covini C6W lead a 4.2 V8 engine of Audi origin, with some 380 horses. Would pull to the rear wheels (two of the most backward, not at four in back …). Its tires are 20 inches behind, and 16 inches in front of the four.

Caractere Volkswagen Scirocco

The tuners from Caractere have released a new body kit for the Volkswagen Scirocco 2009.The Caractere Volkswagen Scirocco can be equipped with CH1 wheels which come in three sizes: 18″, 19″ or 20″ and will have wide tires for increased stability and better handling. Customers who would like to make their Scirocco faster can ask from help from Caractere dealer in Germany B&B which offers five tuning stages for the 2.0-litre TFSI engine.

In the Evo stage the car’s engine could deliver almost 300 HP and 420 HP and will cost €9,950 while the Evo R stage will give this Scirocco a great power boost and the car’s engine could deliver 349 HP and a maximum torque of 450Nm for €19,950.

BMW M3 Darth Maul by MWDesign

The Canadian tunner MWDesign have released a tuning project for the BMW M3 Coupe (E92).The black 20-inch rims with orange-accented centre caps are wrapped in 245/30/20 front tyres and 285/25/20 rubber at the rear. Interior details are rare but we are told that Darth Maul comes with a Fox Red interior trim.

The current car was launched in 2007 with a 4.0-litre V8 engine replacing the old 3.2-litre straight six. Despite the 800cc gain the new engine is 15kg lighter. Maximum power was increased from 343hp (252kW) to 420hp (309kW). Stay tuned for stage 2 of Darth Maul.

BMW Summer Special Edition M3 Coupe Models

BMW has announced that it will be releasing a quartet of M3 Coupes dubbed ‘M3 Edition Models.’ Available in four body colors:Alpine White Non-Metallic, Black Non-Metallic, Dakar Yellow Non-Metallic or Monte Carlo Blue Metallic.The special edition M3 Coupe models also come with a sportier suspension set up that lowers the entire body by 10 millimeters or 0.4-inches.

Other than that, there are no other mechanical changes with the M3 Edition Models holding on to the 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 420HP with power being transferred to the rear wheels either through the standard six-speed manual gearbox or via the optional M double-clutch seven-speed gearbox. As a reminder, the manual version goes from 0 to 100km/h (62mph) in 4.8 seconds while the twin-clutch gearbox model in 4.6 seconds.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe facelift from Brabus

Just launched the Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe got an tuning packages from BRABUS.For the top version E500 AMG the German tuner introduced a beefed-up 6.1-liter V8 engine (from the stock 5.5-liter) that features a billet crankshaft, larger pistons and special four-valve cylinder heads with custom camshafts.

Audi A3 facelift kit by ABT

AC Schnitzer Presents Bodykit for BMW 1-Series Coupe & Cabriolet M-Pack

JE Design Makes Fifth Seat Leon Body Kit

VW Group tuning specialists JE Design revealed a fifth aerodynamics body package for the Seat Leon. Still closely resembling the base Leon P1 kit (non-Cupra, FR & wide body), the German tuning expert now offers a carbon fiber look adhesive film in various colors.
The body kit consists of a front bumper fascia with new LED daylight running lights, grille, headlamp lens strips, side skirts and newly designed rear bumper fascia skirt attachment which accommodates four 90mm exhaust pipes.

Under the hood, JE Design is offering a new power increase via engine management upgrade that bounces the standard 103 kW (140 hp) up to 130 kW (176 hp). Torque also increases by 85 Nm to 405 Nm.
New 19-inch multispoke wheel-set, 4-piston brakes and coilover suspension capable of lowering ride height from 35mm to a ground scraping 65 mm round out the package.

The Vision Efficient Dynamics is a plug-in hybrid concept car with a three cylinder turbodiesel engine. Additionally, there are two electric motors with 139 horsepower.It allows top speed of 155 miles per hour (249 km/h), 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds.

Alfa Romeo 4C

The Alfa Romeo 4C is a Concept car debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2011. It uses 1.75 L rear/middle installed direct injected turbocharged straight-4 engine and has over 200 hp. The 4C has high quadrilateral suspension at the front and MacPherson at the rear.
